Even though our Over 65’s are playing their WFA National match against Manchester Corinthians our “normal” Monday session is still on, 10.30am start as usual.

Just a point, especially in “The Nationals” you need to wear shin-pads in tournaments. The referee has the right not to allow you to play !
We are cordially inviting any clubs interested in participating in a six-a-side indoor competition in the Over 65’s age group along with a Over 70’s one as well if enough interest. (A goalkeeper over 60 can play for either age group.) Time scale wise we are looking at a date in mid to late June

The WFA have been running their intensive referees course since September 2017. The course has been developed by players and referees, endorsed by ex-Premier League referee Uriah Rennie, and is delivered by professional trainers. By June 2018 the WFA plan to have over 100 qualified referees. Club referees are approved to referee recreational club sessions,
We revert back to our normal start time of 10.30am at The Walking Dome, the kid’s are back at school so we have the place to ourselves again.
